About the position:
The Manager People Experience & Capability leads the development and implementation of learning programs across NSW Parliament Departments. They are responsible for the design and development of the overall learning experience within the department, creating resources, and sourcing and facilitating external training providers. Additionally, the role provides expert professional advice and best practice guidance to senior stakeholders and leads the People Experience & Capability team.

Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. About you:
We are looking for someone passionate about creating impactful learning experiences for adults, combining your expertise in technology-enhanced learning with practical leadership development. You have a proven history in instructional design, facilitation, and driving strategic HR projects from start to finish. With a degree or equivalent experience in learning and development, adult education, or a related field, you are confident in your ability to lead and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
